LedgeLawn Cottage, on the New Meadows, is located about six miles from the open Atlantic. This is a beautiful tidal Bay, It has 10 ft. tides, is 30-50 feet deep and about 1/2 mile wide. Canoeing and Sea Kayaking doesn't get any better than this. The Cottage is centrally located, between Brunswick and Bath, or Freeport and Boothbay. It is easily accessible from Routes 95 and 1. LedgeLawn is nestled between an Audubon bird sanctuary, and the river; It is a wonderful place to relax and live life at a slower pace.
This rustic camp was built around the turn of the century. It has a large open hearth fireplace in the main room, a dining area, a bath with shower, deck overlooking the water and sunset and the kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has three large bedrooms and a bathroom

ACCOMMODATIONS: This two story vacation home sleeps 8 persons. It has 3 Bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. We will provide bed spreads, blankets and pillows.
